The Living Seas

The Living Seas is a fascinating pavilion dedicated to mankind's relationship with the ocean. After entering the pavilion, and walking past many displays showing the technological advances in undersea exploration, guests are greeted by a small film about the pioneers of ocean research and about the critical role of the ocean as a source of energy, protein, and minerals. Next, guests board hydrolators which dive deep below the sea. Once arriving under the sea, guests board sea cabs for a narrated ride through a Carribean Coral Reef. Guests pass a total of 200 varieties of sea life. Everything from sharks and barracudas to angelfish and dolphins can be seen in the huge aquarium. You may even get a chance to see divers demonstrating the newest underwater equipment. The ride exits into Sea Base Alpha, a facility full of interesting displays about sealife and sea exploration equipment. There are many windows where you can look back into the aquarium you just passed through. There are displays which explore many topics ranging from ocean ecosystems to underwater exploration gear. To exit The Living Seas, there is a group of hydrolators at the rear of Sea Base Alpha, which will conveniently deposit you at the exit door of the pavilion

We welcome you tp the living seas , we welcome you to seabase alpha.
